Students finished their U.S. Government Books!  Please take a few moments to read with your child and ask them about their book and what they know!

Goal:  I can answer questions that have only 1 correct answer which can be found in the text (aka “right there”).

Goal:  I can use strategies to help me find the answer within the text (i.e. use key words in the question to scan the text using headings, table of contents, images, captions, etc. to help me).

Feb. 18thLiberty Public Schools Early Childhood Center to perform Conflict Resolution Skits – depart EPiC at 9:15am and return by 10:45am  *PEAK students will go with us and then be dropped off by the bus at Alexander Doniphan on our way back to EPiC.

Feb. 26thLiberty Courthouse to learn about the Judicial system – depart EPiC at 9:40am and return in time for regular lunch schedule at 11:10am
