 This Week’s Commenting Time Frame

Please leave comments for your Comment Buddies between Sunday, Feb. 28th and Thursday, March 3rd.

Students will read and respond to your comments on Friday, March 4th.


This Week’s Blog Post to Provide Comment

Please provide comments to the post categorized, “PBL:  Civil Rights.”  The date should show Feb. 26th.

The post will be a short summary of their field trip to the Clay County Courthouse.


 This Week’s Focus Points:

When leaving a comment, please do not feel that you need to address each of the focus points below:

Title (correct capitals, short, on topic)

Images (help the reader to better understand the text)

Main Idea (sentence/s that introduces the idea of where we went)

Details (support the main idea and are about what they learned about the judge, courthouse, judicial branch, etc.)

Closing (another way to restate the main idea)

Complete Sentences (complete thoughts with correct punctuation and capitalization…no run-on sentences or fragments)

→ And of course anything you see that you feel would be helpful to your Comment Buddies!
