PBL Unit:  Chicks

Farm vs. Factory

Students researched the positive and negative points for each.  Then, they formed an opinion, created a storyboard, and wrote an opinion piece on their blog.

The result:  The class majority voted to send the chicks to an organic farm!

Math:  Fractions Breakout!

On Friday, students were challenged to a Fractions Breakout!  This was an interactive and engaging activity that allowed them to review all fraction concepts!
