Odds and Ends:
The BFG Movie: We enjoyed this book so much and learned that the movie will be opening sometime in July! We will send an email later on but wanted to let you know now that Dawn and I plan to go and would like to invite all of our students, along with a parent/family members, to join us!
July Homework: This summer, EPiC students GET TO KEEP THIER iPads. Better yet, all of the online adaptive learning tools will stay open, meaning they can still login and work on Lexia, Reflex, etc.
In saying that, this coming Monday (June 13th), each third grade student will bring home a Summer Math Calendar that we hope to have returned to us when they come back in August. Your child will receive one of three calendars, depending on their learning needs.
Mid-Continent Public Library Summer Reading Program: Register now! Students can start logging their reading minutes on May 16th, which is great, because they will all be reading plenty up thru the last day (June 17th)! They can earn free books and a t-shirt.
School Supplies: Online Order for 2016-2017 – Deadline is June 17th – Enter School ID: EPI352
